I am very satisfied with my Nanu clock. Firstly, presentation and packaging is great. The clock comes in plastic free packaging if that is important for you. Secondly, it was very quick and easy to set up. There is a YouTube video that can guide you or you can follow the steps in the instructions provided.
As for the clock, it is very hefty and has a really good weight to it making it feel sturdy. I love the minimalistic design and feel of the clock. The buttons and knobs have a nice tactical feel when you interact with them.
For the alarm, I really enjoy the chime. I'm a very light sleeper and sometimes my phone alarm will startle me awake even if the volume is lowered. I don't get this feeling with the Nanu clock.
To add, I do wish there was an option to set maybe one more alarm, for the weekends as an example, but I can understand how that would involve more programming or design to the clock. I'd probably give the clock a 4.5/5 stars because of that.
Overall, it is a clock and there is not much to say about it other than it it is a clock that functions as intended. I am completely satisfied with my purchase since it matches my aesthetic and I love the idea behind it. It's been a great addition to my place. I look forward to what future products your team may create!
AFter 15 years with a SONY digital CD/radio alaram that finally broke, i was in search of an analog that was simple, easy to use. Love the alarm setting and the dark face that i can illuminate at will but that is dark next to bed. Chime is easy to wake up to but not jarring. Attractive, zen-like clock in modern bedroom. Love this clock!
Quality materials, simplicity of design and functionality. Works brilliantly. Among the flood of smart alarm clocks with dozens of functions, subscription services, etc… the Arc is a most welcomed alternative.
